Register for Private Lessons

Each pracitioner is provided with a conduct card when they join our studio. Here are the practices we expect our students to maintain:  

• Please do not enter if you are feeling (even mildly) sick.
• Please do not enter if you have recently been in contact with someone who is sick.
• Please do not enter if you are a part of a vulnerable population. 
• Inform staff of any rashes or bumps.
• Keep your nails clipped, short, clean.
• Wear deodorant to minimize body odors.
• Cover up all sores & cuts with bandages/tape.
• Use foot sanitizing station and hand sanitizer when entering the mat.
• Clean up after yourself (blood on you/mats).
• Wash your gi, belt, no-gi attire after EVERY use.
• Shower after each training session.
• Politely address students not following code.
